Does your online presence do you justice?
We design and craft narrative-driven personal websites for doctors, surgeons, and specialists who refuse to be represented by a template.
Most medical professionals are represented online by a generic hospital profile: a headshot, a list of qualifications, a phone number. No story. No personality. No reason for a patient to choose you over the next name on the list.
When patients Google your name, they find a corporate hospital page you don't control. Or worse, nothing at all.
Same template. Same stock photo feel. Same generic bio. Patients can't tell the difference between you and thirty other doctors.
Doctors with slick personal brands are winning patients. Not because they're better clinicians, but because they look more trustworthy online.
Hospital pages change without your input. Photos are chosen for you. Your narrative is written by someone who's never met you.
See what changes when you own your digital presence.
Most doctors get started with a simple WhatsApp message.
WhatsApp Us NowEvery site we build is unique, designed around the doctor's personality, specialty, and the patients they serve.
You might notice that every site we build is a single, scrollable page. That's not a limitation. It's a deliberate choice rooted in how patients actually behave online.
A patient Googles your name, lands on your site, and scrolls. Within 60 seconds they've formed an opinion. Multi-page navigation breaks that momentum and loses them.
Who you are, what you do, why you care, how to reach you. That narrative flows best as a single, uninterrupted scroll. Splitting it across pages fragments the experience.
One page loads instantly, performs beautifully on mobile, and means you never have outdated content hiding on a forgotten subpage.
Every section has to earn its place. There's no filler, no "About" page with three sentences, no empty "Gallery" tab. Just a single, considered, complete story.
A streamlined, four-step process designed for busy professionals who don't have time to waste.
A detailed questionnaire about your practice, training, and philosophy. Plus the personal stuff: hobbies, passions, pets.
We study your hospital profiles, LinkedIn, CV, and published work. We build a complete picture before we write a single word.
Professional copy, bespoke design, mobile-optimised build. Two rounds of revisions to get it exactly right.
Domain configured, site live, analytics set up. 30 days of post-launch support included.
Narrative-driven content crafted by professional writers who research your background, credentials, and story, then transform it into compelling, patient-facing copy.
No templates. Every site is designed from scratch to reflect your personality, specialty, and aesthetic sensibility.
We secure and configure your personal domain (drfirstnamelastname.com) so patients find you directly.
Over 70% of patients browse on mobile. Every site looks stunning on phones, tablets, and desktops alike.
Meta tags, structured data, page speed optimisation, and Google indexing for your name and specialty.
One-tap WhatsApp buttons and booking links wired throughout the site so patients can reach you the moment they decide.
We go beyond the CV. Your hobbies, your personality, even your pets. The things that make patients think "I'd trust this person."
Every word is written with SMC, SDC, and HCSA advertising guidelines in mind. Factual, dignified, and regulation-ready from day one.
Content tweaks, minor updates, and technical support for the first month at no extra charge.
Your patients notice quality. So do we. Every element of your website is crafted with the same precision and care you bring to your practice.
Your story is written by professional copywriters who spend days researching your background, speaking to you, and crafting narrative copy that sounds like you at your most articulate.
We understand the nuances of different disciplines: the difference between reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, the regulatory landscape for dental practitioners, the way a paediatrician builds trust differently from an oncologist.
Layout, typography, pacing, whitespace. None of it is accidental. Every design decision guides a prospective patient through your story, building confidence at each scroll.
Before any website goes live, it passes through multi-stage reviews for editorial accuracy, regulatory compliance, design consistency, mobile responsiveness, and performance.
"Your website should feel as considered and precise as the care you provide. Nothing less."Ryan Chua · Founder, White Coat
Here's the reality: the moment a patient is referred to you, or hears your name from a friend, the first thing they do is Google you. In that moment, your entire career is reduced to whatever appears on screen. That's your first impression. And you don't get a second one.
We built White Coat because we saw this gap firsthand. Brilliant doctors, surgeons with decades of training, specialists who've saved lives. All represented online by the digital equivalent of a business card.
Your website isn't vanity. It's the bridge between your expertise and the patient who needs it.
Let's Talk →
White Coat started at the kitchen table with a simple question: why doesn't my wife's website look anything like the surgeon she actually is?
Dr. Janet Hung is a consultant plastic surgeon with dual qualifications in medicine and dentistry, fellowship training across four countries, and a quiet, fierce commitment to her patients. Her institutional profile told none of that story.
So Ryan built her one. A proper, narrative-driven website that captured who Janet is: her philosophy, her training journey from Imperial College London to volunteering with Mercy Ships in Sierra Leone and Madagascar. The kind of website that makes a nervous patient think: this is my surgeon.
The response was immediate. Colleagues asked for the same thing. Then their colleagues. And Ryan realised the problem was systemic. Brilliant medical professionals, invisible online.
Ryan brings over twenty years of experience, from leading global marketing as VP at Razer to running Zeta Media, his own design and digital strategy studio. He understands brand, web, and storytelling at a level that goes far beyond templates. He brings a personal stake to this work that no outsourced agency ever could.
We understand the nuances of each discipline.

A personal website is not advertising. It's professional information.

Not at all. We handle everything. All we need is a completed discovery form (15–20 minutes) and your approval on drafts.
Your practice profile page belongs to the practice, not to you. If you leave tomorrow, that page stays with them. A personal domain like dryourname.com is yours forever, regardless of where you practise.
More importantly, a practice profile is a line on a menu. Every doctor has the same format: name, qualifications, photo. Nobody reads it. Nobody forwards it to a friend. A narrative website is the difference between a CV and a magazine profile. One gets skimmed, the other gets read.
And practically: your practice site ranks for the clinic name. Your personal domain ranks for your name. When a patient types "Dr. Your Name Singapore" into Google, you want them landing on a full editorial experience that you control, not a three-line bio buried on a clinic page.
You could, but there are good reasons not to. First, ownership: if you build your personal brand on a shared domain, you've increased the value of an asset you may only partially own. If the partnership changes, your brand stays behind on their hosting.
Second, focus. A practice website serves multiple purposes: all the doctors, all the services, appointment booking, maybe a blog. Your narrative gets buried. The whole power of this format is a singular, focused experience about you. The moment it sits alongside other profiles and a dental hygiene tips blog, it loses its impact.
Third, SEO. Google treats subpages differently from standalone domains. dryourname.com will always outrank clinicname.com/dr-yourname for searches of your name. A personal domain is a dedicated SEO asset that compounds over time.
That said, the two work together beautifully. Your practice site links to your personal domain ("Learn more about Dr. X") and your domain links back ("Practising at XYZ Clinic"). Both benefit.
This is actually the best time to start, and here's the counterintuitive reason: domain age matters for SEO. Google gives more authority to older domains. If you register dryourname.com now, by the time you're ready to go private in five or seven years, you have a domain with years of history that Google already trusts. A colleague who registers the week they open their clinic starts from zero.
During training, the site tells your academic story: where you studied, what you're researching, what conferences you've presented at. That's valuable for academic networking, fellowship applications, and speaking invitations. When you transition, the site evolves. The academic foundation stays as your credibility layer, and you add the patient-facing narrative on top.
Nobody knows where they'll end up. You might stay in public service, go into medtech, join a group practice, or start your own. Your personal domain works for all of those paths. It's not a bet on going private. It's a bet on yourself.
When a potential patient searches your name and lands on a PubMed abstract, they see a wall of academic jargon, no photo, no personality, no way to contact you, and no reason to choose you. They bounce. Publication listings prove you've done research. A narrative site tells people why that research matters to them.
"Dr. X published a paper on minimally invasive approaches to rotator cuff repair" means nothing to a patient with shoulder pain. "Dr. X spent two years studying how to repair torn shoulders through smaller incisions, which means less scarring, faster recovery, and less time away from the things you love" means everything.
On ranking: yes, you can absolutely outrank publication databases for your own name. PubMed, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate are massive generic platforms. A personal domain with thousands of words of original content about you, structured with proper SEO markup, signals to Google that this is the single most authoritative source about you as an individual. Search any well-known specialist in Singapore who has a personal website. Their personal domain sits above their hospital profile, above Practo, above everything.
Most websites go live within 3–4 weeks from the moment you submit your discovery form.
Yes. We can set you up with a simple CMS, or you can reach out anytime. Our maintenance plan ($16/mo) covers hosting, SSL, backups, and content changes.
Personal professional websites are standard practice. We design them to complement, not compete with, your institutional affiliations.
We serve both. For private practitioners, it's a patient acquisition tool. For public hospital doctors, it builds referral credibility.
Good photos help. We can work with existing high-quality photos you have: headshots, clinic shots, or well-lit personal photos. We'll guide you.
Everything: discovery form, research, copywriting, bespoke design, development, domain (1 year), web hosting (1 year), SEO, SSL, WhatsApp integration, 2 revision rounds, and 30-day support.
Your first year of hosting is included. After that, domain renewal is ~$15–25/year and our maintenance plan is $16/month for hosting, SSL, backups, and content updates.
One conversation. That's all it takes to start building the online presence your career deserves.
